In this series, I provide examples of artworks created in collaboration with my client, be it a portrait, landscape, historic landmark, or significant event.

In this series of oil paintings, I portray certain historical landmarks that still contribute consistently to our Appalachian heritage and culture.

Here, Pat Cross brings the viewer along on an outdoor adventure. "When I hike a trail or paddle a lake, I scout for striking scenery to paint," says the artist, adding, "And I bite at the bit to share that experience with others." Pat Cross has explored some of our nation's most awe-inspiring geographies such as the Colorado Rockies, Oregon Cascades, and Appalachian Range. 

In this series of oil paintings, I explore the relationship between the natural environment and the ways people interact with it for adventure, rest or refreshment.

This series of oil paintings on natural waterways reveal the powerfully soothing and reflective nature brooks, rivers and tides. "I find the musical sounds of moving water as refreshing as I do the mercurial beauty of it," says Pat Cross. The view is forever changing as the water travels, leaving ripples, waves, foam or splashes in its wake.

In this series of oil paintings, Pat Cross explores, up close and personal, both garden and wild blooms. "I paint each bloom as I would a portrait, up close and personal. Collecting a series of floral paintings brings the refreshment of a garden indoors to enjoy every season of the year.
