SOLD! This original oil painting by Pat Cross titled Basalt Banks of Sparks Lake found its home to a collector who lived at the base of the Oregon Cascades.
The sculpted basalt shapes that rim the banks of Sparks Lake seem otherworldly as they take on other forms. Many visitors to the area experience a sensation of traveling to a magical, make-believe place while paddling their kayaks and canoes there. Water reflections only add to the beautifully strange environment.
One of a series of award-winning oil paintings of the North American landscape by Pat Cross.
