SOLD! This original oil painting titled Reflections on Sparks Lake sold to a loyal patron who enjoyed visiting the High Cascades Mountain Lakes and wanted to support the artist in her painterly documentary of the area.
On rare occasions, wind will cease buffeting the glass of Sparks Lake revealing a polished mirror. Reflected shapes become twice as intriguing as trees grow upside down and boulders take on new forms. This painting is one of a series of oils completed of Sparks Lake which lies at the flanks of Mt Bachelor, South Sister and Broken Top.
