In this oil painting titled Emerald Path, the clear waters beckon the paddler to continue around the basalt island towards the emerald green waters beyond. A forest of hardy evergreens rise up from around the rim of the illuminated pool as though watching the events that happen there, whether a visit from a curious kayak, traveling bird or wandering butterfly.
Emerald Path, an original 36" x 24" oil on canvas, is framed with a slate gray finish and an outer dimension of 40" tall by 28" wide. It is wired and ready to hang in your home or office where you want a reminder of inspiring places that deepen the meaning of life. All materials in this artwork are made of archival quality for lasting impressions.
One of a series of award-winning paintings on the North American landscape by Pat Cross.
