New Pat Cross Art SOLD at Tamarack Marketplace

Last Light on the River original oil painting reaches a new art collector.

The new oil paintings by Pat Cross that recently sold at Tamarack are those from her series of people engaging in the outdoors, such as trout fishing on a scenic Appalachian Mountain stream. This painting shows the fisherman perched on a river boulder surrounded by the reflected forest color in all its Appalachian fall glory.

“I grew up camping and fishing along our mountain rivers,” says Pat Cross, “and even hear the musical waters as I paint these scenes.” Though these artworks are quite personal, they connect with viewers who relate to such meaningful adventures.
