New artworks by Pat Cross now show in the juried exhibit Small Packages at Tamarack Marketplace.

Showing now through December 2025 at Tamarack Marketplace, 1 Tamarack Place, Beckley, WV 25801. All artworks in this exhibit are available for purchase and make meaningful gifts.

"In this series of six oil paintings I painted for the show, I convey the JOY of the season," says Pat Cross, "especially from the point of view of those engaging the outdoors." The Gallery at Tamarack selected the artwork by Pat Cross titled Sharing Secrets to feature in their promotional content for the show.

In this painting titled Sharing Secrets, a child opens her palms to receive some falling snowflakes when a curious Goldfinch reads that gesture as an invitation. Both relish a magical moment of connection. "The painting tells of how a stance of open-handedness can often lead to more meaningful connections," explains Pat Cross.

This exhibit titled Small Packages displays original artworks by Pat Cross and other West Virginia artists with works available for purchase at Tamarack Marketplace now through December 2025.
